Important information:
  • All products that are marked FINAL SALE, are over 20% discount, or otherwise noted in a sale terms and conditions cannot be returned.
  • Online purchases of qualifying products may be returned within 15 days of the order being delivered.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Products must be unworn and in their original condition, with tags and hygienic liners attached.
  • Return shipping labels are only available for returns made in the US; there is a deducted cost of $8 from your return for this label, but there is no out of pocket cost to you.
  • We only allow 1 return/exchange per order. This means you can return/exchange as many items from your order, but can only enter the return/exchange process once. 
  • We do NOT allow returns/exchanges on exchanged items.
  • Refunds for returns are only processed once the tracking confirms that the package has arrived at our facility (see tracking number on your return label).

Which products can be returned?

All products may be returned or exchanged unless they are marked FINAL SALE, are over 20% discount, or otherwise noted in a sale or promotions terms and conditions.

NOTE: Products must be unworn and in their original condition, with tags and hygienic liners attached.


Do I have to return the whole order?

No, you can choose which items you want to keep and which items you want to return.


How long do I have to return my items?

Returns must be made within 15 days of your order being delivered.


What if my order was wrong, damaged, or defective?

Oh no, we’re sorry to hear that! Please email hello@dippindaisys.com with your order # and pictures of the damaged/defective items.


Are returns free?

We do deduct the cost of the shipping label, $8, to return your items from your total refund, but there will be no further out of pocket cost to you. 

Return Requirements:
- include a print out of your order confirmation in your return package
- email us your tracking number after shipping out your return

Once we receive your return, please allow 8-10 days for processing your refund to your original form of payment.

Do you accept international returns?

Orders shipped internationally must pay for all return shipping costs and handling fees. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. International orders returned to us will be given a refund for the merchandise but not for duties, taxes, or tariffs.


How many times can I return or exchange my order?

We only allow 1 return/exchange per order. This means you can return/exchange as many items from your order, but can only enter the return/exchange process once. If you have already made a return/exchange on an order, you cannot make another exchange or return --- We do NOT allow returns/exchanges on exchanged items.


What are the options for exchanging?

When you go through our returns portal you will see we have three options. “Exchange for a new size” allows you to exchange the item you purchased for a different size. “Exchange for another products” allows you to exchange the item you purchased for a different product. Our other option is a normal return in which you will simply receive a refund for the item you are returning.


Can I exchange an item for a different product?

Yes! This is our "exchange for another product" option in our returns portal, which can be found here. If the exchange product costs less than the original product, you will receive your remaining balance on a gift card.


When will I receive my exchange order?

Exchange orders will be shipped once your return is in transit to us. Please allow 5-9 days for your exchange order to arrive.


Where do I send my return? 

When you process your return online, our address will show on the pre-paid return label, all you have to do is print it out. If you choose to mail in your return separately, you may send it to:

Have you received my return yet?

If you processed your return on our online portal, you should have received a tracking number for your package. If the tracking number shows that it has arrived at our warehouse, please allow 10 business days for processing and 5-10 business days for the credit to show in your account.


What if my return was rejected?

Your return may have been rejected for various reasons, such as: the product was worn or soiled, or you returned an item that was final sale. In these cases, your item will ship back to your original shipping address.


How (and how soon) will I receive my refund?

Once a return is received at our warehouse, it takes about 10 days to process. After it is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to show in your account.


How much can I get refunded?

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.

In the case when a product has been damaged and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

How do returns work if I used AfterPay?

Process your return through our return portal. After your return is processed by our warehouse team, you will be refunded from AfterPay. If you have any installments remaining with AfterPay, those will be cancelled and you will not have to make any more payments.
